Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator for Richford Arms Apartments in Erie, PA. The role focuses on developing support services for residents, coordinating resources, and building partnerships with community organizations to promote housing stability.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3–5 years of equivalent housing experience, with strong communication and data skills. Benefits include health coverage, holidays, a 401k match, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public health, or community development or 3–5 years’ equivalent housing experience.
• Experience in Housing/Multi-Family housing or non-profit social services serving youth, families, seniors or disabled.
• Knowledge of housing policies at federal, state, and local levels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate resident referrals and connect them with community services.
• Build relationships with residents and connect them with local resources.
• Create partnerships with local organizations and manage contracts.
• Coordinate resident support for housing stability and address lease issues.
• Collaborate with management on program budgets and outreach materials.
• Document services and outcomes using Beacon’s data systems.
