Responsibilities

• Follow daily and monthly work assignments from supervisors.
• Clean kitchen, dining room, living room, and storage areas as scheduled.
• Handle chemicals safely and read labels to protect residents and staff.
• Cook breakfasts to order per resident requests.
• Assist with meal prep, heating, serving, and dishwashing.
• Track meal temperatures and dishwasher temps daily.
• Report issues to RSA Coordinator and maintain labeling and dating of containers.
• Adhere to safety practices and confidentiality of PHI.
