Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day resident services at the assigned property. You will assess resident needs, develop partnerships with service providers, supervise program operations, and work with the Community Manager to stabilize housing. In-office role five days a week.

You will recruit and lead volunteers, manage budgets, and help ensure programs align with our Community Life goals for vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with the senior and non elderly disabled population to create and support housing plans.
  • Knowledge of mental health issues and cognitive and physical disabilities required.
  • Capable of building and maintaining partnerships with community based organizations.
  • Ability to understand and respect diverse cultures and respond appropriately in planning and evaluating programs.
  • Ability to collect, track and understand data to assess programs and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Policies affecting housing and/or experience in property management preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Yardi and Efforts to Outcomes preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Spanish Speaking Strongly Preferred.

Position Description

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for the day to day resident services of the assigned property This includes assessing the needs of residents and developing and managing strategic partnerships with service providers supervising the day to day operation of programs collaborating with the Community Manager to ensure housing stabilization and recruiting and leading volunteers to assist on the site This position has a requirement of five days a week in office

  • Proficiency with MS Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook
  • Knowledge of Yardi and Efforts to Outcomes preferred
  • Reliable Transportation

Education & Experience

BABS in human services or related field and 2 years experience working in community service related field
