Irvine Company Apartment Communities in Carlsbad is seeking a Community Relations Representative to be the first point of contact for residents on-site, delivering outstanding service and handling move-in/move-out processes with care. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a California driver’s license.

Travel between communities is expected; base pay ranges from $21.97 to $26.54 hourly with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving questions promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe common areas and report hazards.
• Complete administrative resident services and document in the system.
• Promote efficiency by using new and existing technologies.
