Job summary

Haven Health Globe is seeking a Resident Relations Manager to support residents and their families, ensuring psychosocial needs are met and contributing to individualized care plans.

Under the direction of the Executive Director, you will assist during admissions and discharges, coordinate resident meetings, and provide counseling and practical support to residents and families throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English

Responsibilities

• Support residents and their families to ensure psychosocial needs are met.
• Assist during the admission and discharge process of residents.
• Coordinate meetings with residents during their stay to evaluate and contribute to the plan of care.
• Provide counseling and assistance as needed to residents.
