Haven Health Globe is seeking a Resident Relations Manager to support residents and their families in meeting psychosocial needs under the direction of the Executive Director. You will help during admissions and discharges and coordinate meetings to evaluate and contribute to each resident's plan of care.

The role emphasizes counseling and assistance as needed to promote well-being and a safe, supportive environment for residents throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
