Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations of residential communities. You will assist with leasing, invoicing, reporting, and resident relations to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Based at Commerce Park, you will coordinate move-ins/outs, process renewals, and ensure compliance with relevant laws while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork with maintenance and leasing staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Minimum 3 years in Leasing or Property Management.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience using Yardi and CRM preferred.
• PA Real Estate Sales license is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with leasing processes, renewals, and payments.
• Prepare monthly reports on property performance and financials.
• Administer resident ledgers/accounts and renewals.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs with maintenance and manage court paperwork when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and privacy laws.
