Job summary

HRG is seeking a Resident Project Representative II (Construction Observation) for Water & Wastewater to lead on-site oversight in Cranberry Township, PA. You will monitor progress, verify contract compliance, and coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure quality and safety.

The role emphasizes documentation, coordination at meetings, and timely communication with Project Managers. A high school diploma and 4+ years in construction observation are required, with NICET preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of construction observation/administration experience in water and wastewater.
• Experience in stormwater, site grading, paving, or highway projects preferred.
• NICET certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient with common business platforms (MS Office, virtual meetings, PM systems).

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify contract compliance.
• Identify and report unsatisfactory or non-conforming work.
• Support cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and final inspections.
• Maintain accurate project records, logs, reports and photos.
