Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a motivated, organized individual for a three-month residency with the potential to join full-time. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days on-site at our Culver City office and a 40-hour work week, 9am-6pm ET. Ideal candidates are calm, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.

You will coordinate tasks, support client needs, and assist with SOWs while learning the inner workings of a modern digital agency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and deliverables with internal and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule project meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
• Assist in drafting small SOWs as assigned by PM.
• Support client needs as they arise and understand the goals of both team and client.
• Learn the ins and outs of a fast-paced creative agency and contribute to project health and on-time delivery.

WORK SCHEDULE

• This is a hybrid role with a required 3-4 days on-site from our Culver City office.
• You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.
