VaynerMedia is seeking a diligent, collaborative project coordinator for a three-month residency with potential to transition to full-time. Based in New York City, this hybrid role requires 3–4 days on-site, with a 40-hour work week from 9am to 6pm ET.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative agency environment and can support cross-functional teams and client needs while learning the ins and outs of agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and deliverables with team stakeholders (internal and client) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
• Assist in writing small SOWs, as assigned by PM.
• Assist with client needs as they arise.
• Understands the internal goals of the team and the goals of the client.
• Learn the ins and outs of a fast-paced creative agency.
• Partners with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, and brand health.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• This is a hybrid role with a required 3-4 days on‑site from our NYC HY office.
• You must be able to commit to a full‑time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.
