Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in program development, oversight, and coordination.
• Experience with recruiting operations, education or training coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the resident development program in final year of residency.
• Track participation, attendance, feedback, and outcomes; suggest program improvements.
• Coordinate monthly virtual development sessions covering clinical, productivity, financial, and wellness topics.
