Job summary

Atrius Health in Watertown, MA is seeking a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program for a mentorship transition into primary care practice after residency.

The customized program will be completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with exposure to value-based care and a variety of care settings, requiring only a few hours per month (1-3 hours).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine.
• Transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 to PGY3 transition.
• Local physician resident in Massachusetts and plans to practice primary care in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Primary Care Physician Pathways Program and mentorship.
• Receive guidance from experienced physicians to ease transition into practice.
• Program conducted at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually, 1–3 hours per month.
