Atrius Health is offering a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician position as part of our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. The program provides mentorship and a transition plan into primary care practice for post-residency, with opportunities at Atrius Health facilities or virtually.

Compensation for this specialty ranges from $83,000 to $124,500 total cash, including base pay and bonus, subject to local labor market factors.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School or Osteopathic Medical School.
• Transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship (PGY2 to PGY3).
• Preferred: local Massachusetts resident.
• Preferred: plans to practice primary care in Massachusetts.
