Job summary

Atrius Health is seeking a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. The program offers a guaranteed salary in your final year and exposure to value-based care, mentorship, and a path to employment after residency.

The experience can be completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with a light time commitment (1-3 hours per month). Local Massachusetts residents are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year (PGY2).
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts.
