Job summary

Atrius Health is seeking a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. The program offers guaranteed salary in the final year, mentorship, and exposure to value-based care within a national health system, with virtual and in-person options.

Responsibilities include participation in the pathway, coordination with Atrius Health facilities, and securing a post-residency employment agreement. Local Massachusetts residents are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Primary Care Physician Pathways Program at Atrius Health/Optum Care Delivery.
• Gain exposure to value-based care and Quadruple Aim framework.
• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to ease transition from training into practice.
• Complete the program at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with limited monthly commitment (1–3 hours).
