Miramont Pointe is seeking a Move-In Coordinator in Happy Valley, Oregon. This role supports occupancy goals through careful planning of move-ins, move-outs, and in-house transfers while coordinating with maintenance, housekeeping, and the sales team to ensure a smooth resident move-in experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or related experience; a college degree is preferred. A Monday through Friday schedule with evening and weekend flexibility may be required to support

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists incoming residents with transition and move to the facility.
• Assists residents moving out or transferring from one apartment to another.
• Coordinates refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units in coordination with Maintenance & Housekeeping.
