Job summary

The Osborn in Rye, NY seeks a Director of Sales to lead admissions and move-in coordination across Independent Living and Assisted Living communities. This full-time role drives cross-functional efforts to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for new residents and their families.

The successful candidate will oversee administrative, documentation, and communication tasks, coordinate with DOH policies and care teams, and ensure records are accurately maintained while move-ins are completed.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, social services or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and abilities.
• Compassion, patience and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary move-in contact for new residents and families across levels of care.
• Manage all logistical, administrative, paperwork and communication components of resident moves.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, Level Of Care directors, resident services, facilities, dining, housekeeping, and outside vendors.
• Gather required documentation and information for each resident and set up resident records in Point Click Care.
• Create medical records and coordinate move-ins across DOH and Osborn policies.
• Assist in tours as needed to support occupancy and first impressions.
