Job summary

Dismas Charities Inc. is seeking an entry-level Residential Re-entry Monitor to oversee the custody, security, and maintenance of residents in a center. The role includes supporting counselors, monitoring program services, and ensuring safety and compliance within the facility.

This 3rd shift relief position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of paid work experience. Female identification is required due to contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Possess a High School diploma or equivalent and demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergencies.
• Must have one year of paid work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the custody, security, control, and maintenance of the facility and residents.
• Assists with managing program services and supports Counselors with resident programming.
• Monitors the facility by conducting internal and external inspections for health, safety, and accountability.
• Maintains knowledge of procedures and policies and life-safety drills.
• Adapts work schedule to staff the center as needed and may attend off-site meetings.
• Performs general sanitation and housekeeping duties within the center.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
