DeCoach Recovery Centre in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Resident Monitor (7am - 7pm) to help keep our sober living home safe, structured, and supportive. This entry level position offers hands-on experience in behavioral health and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.

The Role
Our Fairmount sober living house is looking for compassionate, dependable Resident Monitors to help keep our home safe, structured, and supportive. This is a great way to start a career in behavioral health. You'll work alongside a collaborative team, get hands-on experience, and make a real difference in clients' recovery journeys.

What You'll Do

• Provide a safe, secure, and structured living environment
• Be a supportive, non-clinical resource for clients: listen actively, answer questions, and provide crisis support when needed
• Document client activity and behavior, and give clear shift reports (including a 30-minute shift change)
• Facilitate required groups and structured activities
• Transport clients to offsite meetings and activities
• Handle light facilities maintenance and report issues to your supervisor
• Help with office tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, and filing
• Take part in monthly supervision and all required training
