Job summary

DeCoach Recovery Centre is seeking an entry-level Resident Monitor for our Fairmount location in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time clerical role supports a sober living home, ensuring a safe, structured environment for clients and staff.

You will document activity, provide crisis support when needed, and participate in supervision and training as part of a collaborative behavioral health team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure, and structured living environment.
• Be a supportive, non-clinical resource for clients: listen actively, answer questions, and provide crisis support when needed.
• Document client activity and behavior, and give clear shift reports (including a 30-minute shift change).
• Facilitate required groups and structured activities.
• Transport clients to offsite meetings and activities.
• Handle light facilities maintenance and report issues to your supervisor.
• Help with office tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, and filing.
• Take part in monthly supervision and all required training.
