Job summary

All In Solutions is seeking a Resident Mentor to model a sober lifestyle and support residents in a recovery-oriented setting. You will bridge residents and the clinical team to sustain a therapeutic house culture and ensure safety and accountability across shifts.

The role emphasizes mentorship, crisis intervention, and adherence to HIPAA and program rules while coordinating resident movements and documenting observations with professional care.

Qualifications

• Must pass mandatory pre-employment screenings (background checks and health screenings).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct recovery mentorship and empowerment to residents, modeling healthy boundaries and effective communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for house conflicts, using de-escalation techniques to maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Maintain a substance-free facility through regular room checks, facility walkthroughs, and screenings; uphold HIPAA confidentiality.
• Facilitate resident orientations, admissions, and discharges; accompany residents to appointments and community meetings; document observations and incidents with clinical professionalism.
