Job summary

All In Solutions is seeking a Resident Mentor to support a recovery-focused home environment. You will model a healthy, sober lifestyle and serve as a bridge between residents and the clinical team, ensuring therapy-aligned house culture.

Responsibilities include mentorship, crisis intervention, safety checks, and coordinating resident movements while documenting observations with professionalism. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Pass pre-employment screenings and health screenings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mentorship by modeling healthy boundaries and effective communication with residents.
• Act as primary point of contact for house conflicts; use de-escalation techniques to maintain a calm environment.
• Enforce house rules, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and conduct regular safety checks.
• Coordinate resident orientations, admissions, and discharges; accompany residents to appointments and community meetings; document incidents with clinical professionalism.

Utilize proactive de-escalation techniques and thoughtful decision-making to manage high-stress situations, ensuring a calm, therapeutic environment during swing and overnight shifts.Safety, Accountability & Compliance: Maintain a substance-free facility through regular room checks, facility walkthroughs, and drug/alcohol screenings. Uphold program integrity by enforcing house rules fairly and maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality.Operational Excellence & Coordination: Facilitate resident orientations, admissions, and discharges.
