You will provide mentorship, crisis support, and ensure safety and HIPAA compliance while coordinating admissions and outings. This role is full-time with multiple shift options and requires a passion for helping others on the SUD/MH journey.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate genuine commitment to recovery.
• No prior experience required; passion welcomed.
• Background checks and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mentorship and guide residents through recovery.
• Manage house conflicts with de-escalation techniques.
• Enforce house rules and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Coordinate resident orientations, admissions, and discharges.
