Job summary

Victory Housing, Inc. is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to administer medications to residents in a safe, organized manner at our Bethesda, MD community. The role includes medication assistance, documentation, and supporting overall resident care.

Strong communication with residents and the care team is essential, along with observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition. The position is full-time with a pay range of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, non-exempt and overtime

Qualifications

• Must have certification as Medication Technician and be able to administer medications safely.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and care teams.
• Accurate documentation and adherence to EMAR/ MAR processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and in EMAR system.
• Document medication administration and resident status.
• Assist with resident care and support daily activities as assigned.
• Maintain medication cart and supply inventory.
