Job summary

Country Meadows/Ecumenical is seeking a Medication Technician for a full-time day shift (7am-3pm) in Harrisburg, PA. Pay starts at $18.50/hour–$20.50/hour with opportunity to earn more based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage medications for residents in a home-like setting, build relationships, and contribute to overall health while observing day-to-day changes and ensuring resident comfort and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Direct-care experience required.
• Experience with medications and resident care.
• Ability to support residents socially and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administering medications and treatments and ensuring comfort.
• Provide social and emotional support to residents and encourage independence.
• Manage the medication cart and maintain up-to-date supplies and quality control.
