Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial training and ongoing coaching on medication management policies and procedures.
• Ensure the medication room is clean, organized, and secure with functioning equipment.
• Transcribe medications into the electronic health record and communicate changes to the team.
• Support residents in coordinating with providers and pharmacies for medications and refills.
• Observe and document resident medication self-administration and provide education on adherence.
