Job summary

You will ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and storage of medications per community policy, while protecting resident privacy and safety.

The role requires following nursing standards and community procedures, maintaining a clean medication area, and collaborating with nurses and RCC Services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Medication Manager certificate.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the Community’s policies and procedures.
• Administer, document, and verify medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain medication cart and room in a clean, organized manner.
• Respect resident privacy and informed consent for medications.
• Notify supervisor of refusals, adverse reactions, or policy violations.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Assist in daily living activities as needed by residents.
