Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dietary Aide to support residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with meal prep, serve residents according to dietary needs, and help maintain clean, sanitary dining areas.

This role emphasizes safe food handling, positive resident interactions, and teamwork within a healthcare environment. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a ServSafe or Food Handler certification as required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state/county law.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
