Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Dietary Aide to assist with meal prep and service for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help with food preparation, serve meals according to dietary needs, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining environment.

Interaction with residents and staff is essential to deliver excellent service. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and ServSafe certification where required by state/county law; previous food service experience is

Formación

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
• Strong communication with residents, staff and guests.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with food preparation and salad preparation.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portions.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents and staff to provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
