Job summary

EAH Housing, a mission-driven nonprofit, seeks a floating Resident Manager to work at multiple locations in Oahu, HI. The role requires 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; Yardi experience is a plus and LIC must be obtained within 9 months. Salary range listed: $26.60–$42.75 per hour; new-hire ranges typically $26.60–$34.68 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.
• Skills in resident problem solving and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and deposits, prepare rent rolls and verify income.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/TCAC/ADA regulations.
• Maintain waiting lists, process leases and supervise on-site staff.
• Process evictions and conduct annual inspections; coordinate repairs.
• Submit vouchers for HUD properties where applicable.
