Job summary

The Housing Company is seeking an on-site Resident Manager for Carriage Lane Apartments in Twin Falls, ID. The role involves day-to-day operations, tenant contact, leasing support, and coordination with vendors to maintain a safe, welcoming community.

You will manage leasing processes, respond to resident concerns, and ensure adherence to company policies while supporting the well-being of tenants and the surrounding neighborhood.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred, with basic record-keeping and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask, follow up, and ensure completion.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Carriage Lane Apartments, primary tenant contact and address concerns.
• Ensure property management aligns with policies, regulatory requirements, and budget.
• Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors for timely repairs.
• Perform groundskeeping duties including landscaping and snow removal.
• Clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers for new tenants.
• Other duties as assigned.

In This Role, You Will:
