The Housing Company is seeking an on-site Resident Manager for Blaine Manor Family Apartments in Hailey, Idaho. You will oversee daily operations, act as the main tenant contact, and support leasing and maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming community.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills. You will manage leases, coordinate vendor work, and uphold affordable housing standards while maintaining organized records.

In This Role, You Will:

• Oversee daily operations of Blaine Manor Family Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns
• Ensure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines
• Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals
• Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
• Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal
• Clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenants
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred, along with basic record-keeping and computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up, and ensure completion
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
