Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Oak Street and Bristlecone Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns.
• Ensure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines.
• Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
• Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal.
• Clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenants.
• Other duties as assigned.

In This Role, You Will:

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred, along with basic record-keeping and computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up, and ensure completion
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
