Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes in Kentucky.

You will ensure a superior resident experience, address inquiries, drive lease renewals and process new leases within the market. Responsibilities include moving relationships with residents, handling move-out reconciliations, implementing collection strategies to minimize delinquencies, and representing the company at eviction hearings while ensuring HOA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred.
• Real Estate License and any permits/certifications required by state real estate commission to engage in property management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Experience with property management software a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
