The Housing Company is seeking an on-site Resident Manager for Blaine Manor Family Apartments in Hailey, Idaho. You will oversee daily operations, act as the main tenant contact, and support leasing and maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming community.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills. You will manage leases, coordinate vendor work, and uphold affordable housing standards while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Blaine Manor Family Apartments and serve as the primary tenant contact.
• Ensure property management aligns with policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines.
• Assist with leasing activities, including applications and lease renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors for timely repairs.
• Perform groundskeeping duties and assist with unit turnovers.
• Other duties as assigned.
