Job summary

Element Logic is seeking a hands-on Resident Maintenance Technician in University Park, IL to support the Service & Maintenance team. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance to keep automated systems running, report incidents, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

We value a technical degree and at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, with a willingness to work shifts and join a collaborative team focused on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Education: technical degree or equivalent experience in maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in industrial/automated settings.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or on-call.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics and electromechanics.

Responsibilities

• Report use of spare parts, consumables, tools, etc.
• Inform supervisor about updates, incidents, risk factors.
• Perform activities per company standards and regs.
• Use the maintenance management system.
• Inform supervisor of deviations due to client requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of facilities.
• Care for PPE and clothing; report wear or loss.
• Comply with safety standards defined by company and client.
• Adhere to the work schedule set by management.
• Support the Quality Management System.
