AMH is seeking a Resident Maintenance Manager to lead occupied maintenance operations across a district. You will supervise Field Maintenance Technicians and Resident Maintenance, driving KPI performance and cost efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will manage budgets, vendor relations, and data reporting to support operational decisions, with focus on resident satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive operations or multi-unit leadership.
• Experience in field-based or property management environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams required.
• Scheduling, dispatching, or resource allocation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team responsible for occupied maintenance operations and logistics.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, and training; coaches individuals and teams.
• Manages district budget, costs, and KPI performance.
• Oversees purchase orders for turn cost approvals; liaises with leadership.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with company standards.
