Senior Maintenance Technician
Adecco is partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in the Mills River area to hire a Senior Maintenance Technician. This role supports plant operations through hands‑on mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance, while helping lead troubleshooting efforts across production equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Support repairs and mentor junior maintenance techs
- Assist with equipment modifications and improvement projects
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Support equipment installs, rebuilds, and overhauls
What You Need
- High school diploma or technical/industrial training
- Licensed Millwright or equivalent hands‑on experience
- 2–4 years of skilled maintenance experience
- Ability to read codes, schematics, and technical documents
- Familiarity with common industrial controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
