A growing manufacturing operation in the Mills River area is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support plant operations through hands-on mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance. Adecco is partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in the Mills River area to hire a Senior Maintenance Technician. This role supports plant operations through hands‑on mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance, while helping lead troubleshooting efforts across production equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance


• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems


• Interpret technical drawings and schematics


• Support repairs and mentor junior maintenance techs


• Assist with equipment modifications and improvement projects


• Work independently with limited supervision


• Support equipment installs, rebuilds, and overhauls

What You Need

• High school diploma or technical/industrial training


• Licensed Millwright or equivalent hands‑on experience


• 2–4 years of skilled maintenance experience


• Ability to read codes, schematics, and technical documents


• Familiarity with common industrial controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)


• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
