University of North Dakota is seeking a Community Assistant to support Housing & Residence Life in on-campus housing, advising hall government, and planning social and educational programs for residents.

The role is part-time and non-benefited, with on-call rotation and required on-campus residency. UND students are eligible, and a 2.50 GPA is expected as part of the minimum requirements.

Competenze

• Must have minimum GPA 2.50 (cumulative and semester).
• Criminal History Background Check required.
• Residence in UND on-campus housing required during term of employment.

• Advise Hall Government/Community Council; plan and implement social and educational programs.
• Support Resident Director in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain office hours, communicate with residents, and participate in training and staff development.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and monthly all-staff meetings.
• Assist with events to promote on-campus living and participate in duty rotation.
