Job summary

Revel Communities seeks a Resident Experience Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging programs that enhance resident life. The role supports communications, events, and concierge services, with a focus on creating moments that matter in daily interactions.

The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm, and requires dependability for evenings and weekends. Experience in senior living or hospitality is preferred, along with a HS diploma and proficiency in MS Office/AV

Qualifications

• 1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Organized communicator with customer-service mindset; comfortable with MS Office/AV equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; able to lift 25 lbs.; flexible for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of events and programs, support communications and promotions.
• Encourage participation; provide Concierge coverage as needed.
• Coordinate or drive transportation; uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.
