Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant to enrich residents' lives through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming. You will help plan, organize, and run activities, promote events, and use newsletters to share daily highlights.

The role offers a non-exempt, 21+ eligible position with opportunities to develop creativity and teamwork while supporting a vibrant community lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy engaging with residents and leading diverse activities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 21 or older to drive company vehicle.
• Positive attitude, energy, and ability to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities.
• Promote upcoming events and communicate them to residents.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Utilize newsletters or social media to showcase daily activities.
• Occasionally drive residents to events if 21+.
