Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab & LTC is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to support resident engagement and daily programming in Minot, North Dakota. You will help plan and lead group and one-on-one activities to promote social interaction and meaningful daily life for residents.

Responsibilities include encouraging participation, assisting with transportation to activities, and collaborating with care teams. High school diploma required; LTC experience preferred but not required.
