Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab & LTC is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to support resident engagement and daily programming in its skilled nursing and LTC setting. You will assist with group and one-on-one activities, encourage participation, and help transport residents to events as needed.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, a compassionate, dependable nature, and a willingness to work in a long-term care environment. Nursing home experience is preferred but not required.
