Qualifications

• Must be able to assist in evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to meet residents' needs, including large groups, small groups and individual participation.
• Comply with policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain documentation as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Coordinate volunteers and community involvement in the Community.
• Plan staff functions and activities to increase staff morale.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and assist in emergency procedures.
