Qualifications

• Three+ years working with older adults in relevant fields preferred.
• Ability to coordinate technology needs for resident programming.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism with confidential info.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, facilitate and oversee programming for residents’ well-being.
• Adapt programming to reflect diverse interests and abilities.
• Coordinate with Transportation, Dining Services and Volunteer Services.
• Maintain staff schedules and provide coverage as needed.
• Document resident participation and report significant changes.
