Job summary

Warm Hearth Village at Kroontje Healthcare Center is seeking a Life Enrichment Associate to help develop and implement activities to meet residents’ needs. The role reports to the Director of Life Enrichment and focuses on creating engaging programs with a team.

Candidates should have at least one year of life enrichment experience, be able to work weekends and holidays, and document participation and incidents accurately. Shifts are Monday–Friday with some weekends.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.
• At least one year of experience in life enrichment.
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Attend all in-services classes as assigned and complete assignments.
• Document resident participation and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programs and events.
• Observe all facility policies and procedures.
• Rate: Starting at $16.00.
• Attend in-services classes as assigned and complete assignments.
