Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise 6–12 Resident Assistants and oversee programs in the residence halls.
• Develop and implement recruitment, training, and performance management for RA staff.
• Coordinate housing procedures, safety drills, and on‑call coverage throughout the year.
• Provide 24/7 crisis response and collaborate with campus offices to resolve issues.
• Lead student development initiatives and housing operations in collaboration with Residence Life.
