Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, or related area (in progress or completed).
• 2-3 years of student or peer development and engagement experience.
• 2-3 years of small and large group communication experience in workshop, seminar, or teaching contexts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resident Directors and conduct biweekly one‑on‑one meetings to discuss issues and development opportunities.
• Plan and lead weekly female RD small group for communication, community building, policy updates, and crisis debriefing.
• Review RD work performance and provide feedback, correction, and coaching as needed.
