Job summary

Genesis is seeking an Activity Assistant in Rio Rancho, NM to plan, organize and implement engagement activities for patients and residents, addressing physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs.

You will document attendance, participate in recreation programs, and attend care plan meetings as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

• Well-developed organizational abilities and record keeping skills.
• Able to positively engage with personnel, residents/patients, family members, visitors, government agencies and the public.
