Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Activities Director at The Willows at Howell in Howell, MI. You will lead Life Enrichment programs, oversee staff, and ensure activities align with Trilogy's standards and residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience as Activities Director or similar role (2+ years).
• Strong organizational mindset and program planning abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field; OT license or CTRS/ADC/ACC credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize Life Enrichment programs to meet resident needs and Trilogy standards.
• Manage and support staff; create staff schedules and ensure quality of Life Enrichment Associates' work.
• Evaluate and improve services using feedback and survey results; implement necessary improvements.
• Address activity-related resident concerns promptly (24–48 hours).
• Develop and distribute newsletters; promote events across platforms to keep residents and families informed.
• Lead and supervise volunteers; recruitment, screening, training, and recognition.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation

OT License or Certification (OTR/ OT)

CTR/ADC/ACC credentials (preferred)
